Alfalfa, Barberry, Blessed thistle, Brigham tea, Chamomile, Cayenne, Comfrey, Couch grass, Dandelion, Echinacea, Golden seal, Horseradish, Nettle, Oat straw, Parsley, Peach, peppermint, Plantain, Saw Palmetto, Thyme, Lemon.

Reduce or Avoid:

(a) Dairy products, (b) Vegetables mostly those high in oxalates like, spinach, parsley, beets, beet greens, celery, leeks, sweet potatoes, rhubarb, berries, almonds, cashews and peanut (c) Cocoa (d) Tea (e) Coffee (f) Soft drinks.

Use or Increase: See Gall bladder stone (b) A Lot of water (c) Vitamins; A, Bs, C, E, (d) Minerals; Magnesium, Potassium. Take juices of carrot cucumber, beetroot apple and pumpkin or coconut water.

Formulas to follow;

(a) Enema formula if possible and or

(b) Kidney and bladder formula.
