Take a drink of a decoction of the fresh root of drumstick

Drumstick is a popular tree in many parts of Asia it is over nine meter tall. It has soft white corky trunk and branches bearing barks with gum. Each compound leaf bears several small leaflets. The flowers are white and the three winged seeds are scattered by win. The flowers, tender leaves and pods are eaten as vegetable. Since leaves are rich in iron, it is a good recommendation for expecting mothers

·         (b)Castor seed oil (Ricinus communis) Caution: Reduce the number of peppercorns on sensitive skin

·         Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) Make a tea  from this plant. It is said to be very beneficial

·         Potato(Solanum tuberosum) Apply the grated raw tuber typically.

·         Walnut (Juglans regia) Use an influsion of 20 grams of walnut leaves in 1 litre of water. Normal dose

·         Kohlrabi (Brassica oleracia  var gongylodes) Apply the boiled leaves topically as a poultice

·         (a)Watermelon (Citrullus valgaris),

·         Lemon (Citrus limon)

·         (d)Garden spinach (Spiniacia oleracia) Consuming these fruits will control this disease

·         Onion (Allium cepa) Mixed with little pure honey, onion paste is externally applied on the inflamed parts.

·         Coriander (Cilantro) (Coriandrum sativum) The leaves are crushed and the paste is applied locally on the painful joints

          Lavender (Lavandula latifolia) Prepare a warm infusion by pouring hot water over some flowers and leaves. Use a pad to dip into this water  and do fomentations on the inflamed joints

·         Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) As in Lavender, prepare a warm infusion by pouring hot water over some leaves and flowers. Use a pad to dip into this water and do formention on the inflamed parts
